Surat, the receptionist, was SO polite and professional!!! The staff were always helpful. My room was very clean and modern. The location is perfect. I visited the Tower of London very easily.

The location is convenient. It is close to attractions. The staff were very cute when I arrived. They continued to be helpful . The hotel throughout is very nice, also the room was very comfortable.

I caution future guests about potential noise in rooms. I stayed on the first floor, next to what I believe was a boiler. The noise of the boilers and showers running through my room was noticeable. It began in the middle of the night, so moving rooms wasn't an option.
